Frustrating
Recently, having flown from Melbourne to the Sunshine Coast I arrived to messages from my boss saying the car we’d booked was about to be cancelled and he needed to contact you guys inside 30min to avoid this happening. He was on hold for over an hour, as a result the booking was cancelled and needs to rebooked. An addition charge was incurred when the next vehicle was reserved for me to use. Firstly, I’m not too sure what the issue is with the first car, it was paid for anyway so falling outside of a 4hr collection window in my opinion is quite ridiculous, add the demand of a 30 minute contact window to sit on hold for an hour and the cramming top an additional fee just for booking through the call centre. No need to say we probably won’t be using you guys again.
