Fantastic customer service, great car. Only gripe was the upsell on the full 'discounted' tank of petrol. As not all customers would use a full tank, and would have been any cheaper dependant on location and discount rates.

Although the wait to get the car was long and slow in Hobart, once I had the car it was easy peasy. Good value and decent fleet

Disliked the vehicle. Completely dissapointed. No other choice offered. It drove awfully. Not android compatible. Dirty windows, parcel shelf missing. REcommendation - DO NOT OFFER MG, would have preferred dring a Russian Lada. Service personnel were welcoming and nice.

I booked the car prior to arrival in Hobart and they also had my flight details including arrival time. I would have expected that the car would have been there on arrival or very soon thereafter. However it did take well over an hour after I had collected by bags for my car to be ready. I noticed a few other customers were experiencing the same problem. The customer service team was great though and while always remaining cheery, you could tell they were also a bit bothered by the situation.

I have had multiple times interacting with Arun at both Airport and City locations. He is respectful patient and informative. The cars are all clean and well maintained.
