Contact at the airport was efficient and quick even though extras were placed before you. The base model MG3 was clean and good working condition. The wipers worked particularly well. I did miss the GPS that I have in my own car. Returning the car was also seamless- a quick inspection and clean out and the process was complete. I have used Bargain now on four occasions and am very happy with their service.

The ease at bargain and the cost of it as well is absolutely fantastic..... The people were very friendly and helpful. Although the wait time on the phone and reply via email was too timely... It too almost 10hours for a response via email and 2hours on wait time on the phone

We were totally satisfied with Bargain Car Rentals from the booking, right through the pick-up and return. The MG3 was clean and tidy, and perfect for our needs. I'd certainly book again with this company, their prices are very competitive.

Shuttle bus somewhat disappointing staff member processing rental was good and efficient After returning vehicle I realized I lost my Bose ear buds and it was very frustrating not to be able to talk to the Adelaide depot. I would have returned on the shuttle bus but would have missed my flight. Initially I was advised that they had checked the vehicle and didn't find them only to be advised later in the week that they were in fact found in the vehicle - thanks for their assistance

It wasn’t all good , we were not told when we picked the vehicle that we had to drop it at a destination spot that was not on the airport proper , but a few kilometres away making us almost late for our flight . Had we known this I would have chosen another company .

Car we rent is in good condition, and easy smooth drop off

Booking was easy, getting the shuttle bus was not a problem, when we got to the depot the girl was lovely but she was the only one there in the office, they were very short staffed which means we had quite a long wait for our car. Car was great and returning the car and getting the shuttle back to the airport was an easy process

Rented a small SUV in Cairns to go for a day trip to Daintree rainforest. The I how was a BMW X1 with low profile tyres and neither a spare tyre or repair kit. We got a flat tyre in on the remote rain forest and wasn’t able to repair on site due to no spare or repair kit. When calling Bargain Car rental it wasn’t possible to get through to an employee. Only a robot that directed to a tow truck company that couldn’t come until next day. How can you rent out a car in this area without spares?

The car was good. The booking, pick up and return was easy.

Staff on arrival were courteous and polite. While with another customer immediately said they would be with us shortly which they were. Very good value for money. We hired an MG SUDAN. It was clean and tidy on pick up.

Didn’t get any paperwork when l picked up car and not told before hand l had to pay insurance and returning car l had to pay $160 for petrol and it still had a half a tank in it because not getting any paperwork when l picked up the car.I find that is your fault.And when l was waiting for bus to take me back to airport three customers in the office where arguing over the same issues l went through l would never recommend your services l

I got an email from Bargain that the car hire was overdue even though it was returned already. I received the email in the evening and I could not even reach them. It was a very stressful experience. I finally was able to reach them the next morning. You get what you pay for. Cheap car hire but not so exceptional service.

Bargain Car Rentals were great from booking to picking up the car and returning it. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies and was great that it included an extra driver. The car was clean and new. Would definitely rent from them again!
