I don't rate any insurance company for car insurance. They are all thieves. It is mandatory to have car insurance and they know it! I got a quote a couple of weeks prior to insurance date for a car I was thinking of buying. By the time I was ready to insure the vehicle after their private number plate was removed and the original number reinstated it was 2 days prior which caused the price to jump 40%. Same car, same details. All identical except the returned quote. Had to pay as I needed the car. All insurers do this and it should be banned. If anything i had an extra 2 weeks of an exemplary driving history, which in theory is less of a risk and should be cheaper!!!

I am on the verge of cancelling my new insurance policy, I would rather keep the policy that I selected and completed full payment for. However, no sooner had I paid than AXA sent an email asking why not take out Accidental damage policy, and as if I was unaware what accident meaning was. They explained examples of accident like dropping phone down the loo etc. Then another email telling me how changes could be made use the app, fair enough. Now, another email how doing. I do hope my explanation has helped. I am very with the policy I selected, or I wouldn't have chosen it.
Even though I found a cheaper price than you, I decided to continue with you. I hope you will consider this situation for the sake of stability.
