Axa is a quality insurer in every respect. Sometimes, I find it difficult to find the correct phone number to contact them on. A 'real person' customer help line would be very useful!

difficult to deal with online. i made a mistake and bought the wrong policy. i have cancelled it as advised by AXA. i am still waiting for the return of my money

I have home insurance and car insurance with AXA the price is very reasonable and the cover is exceptional. The web site is easy to navigate and make any necessary changes and all without charge. All I can say is AMAZING and I hope to be with AXA for many years to come

Once I a quote from compare the market, I went to AXA site to complete the details. Very simple process, no complications. Once policy set up, had some minor issues as I made couple mistakes. Called AXA, on the ball, guided me step by step on how to amend details on my policy, followed by email to confirm. Sent NCD proof via link, AXA acknowledged this with a polite email. So, very pleased with AXA customer after sales service. All very polite and very helpful.
