I had my car insurance shortly due for re-newel and as you do you search around for a better quote. No doubt whatsoever AXA beat the lot of them, I have been with AXA several time before and never had any problems with them so for me, it was back to AXA again.

Fantastic customer service, a lovely lady was very helpful whilst I completed the online form.

The man I spoke with was helpful courteous and kind also knowledgeable- I had changed the car so needed an up dated policy .. I was saddened to have to pay the ad min fee though of course £25 that was rather steep and we are all not adept at using a computer I’m of pensionable age and £25 is a lot of money to me !
