Pestered with pushy sales talk. Having got sorted and paid.
I am on the verge of cancelling my new insurance policy, I would rather keep the policy that I selected and completed full payment for. However, no sooner had I paid than AXA sent an email asking why not take out Accidental damage policy, and as if I was unaware what accident meaning was. They explained examples of accident like dropping phone down the loo etc. Then another email telling me how changes could be made use the app, fair enough. Now, another email how doing. I do hope my explanation has helped. I am very with the policy I selected, or I wouldn't have chosen it.
