I dislike the well of you do it over the phone it cost you £25. Do it on line and it’s free.
The process to change my car insurance details was straightforward, but the request for an extra 2p in additional premium (which was claimed) to effect the change made the whole process mildly humourous :-)

East to use website. Extra cover options were displayed clearly and easy to understand prices. Very good price insurance.
Have yet to sort out insurance. Said I had no no claims bonus, but had used the named drivers name to check the details. Waiting for answers and refund.
