very easy website to navigate
I recently changed my car and then a few weeks later,I changed my number plate to a personal one,and each time I went online to my account to do each transaction ,the procedure was very simple and straight forward and took no more than a few minutes for each,and because I went online to do my changes I saved £25 for each transaction,”winner winner chicken dinner”😂,thanks AXA great company
why would you leave a customer with no heating and hot water for 3 days then over the weekend. Very poor service. Never again. Update - day 11 no heating. And hot water no call back no update.

Too lazy to reapply when I got a new car so changed the registration on the insurance and accepted the cost’s begrudgingly

Never had any problems with AXA. All the quotes I've had over the years cannot be beaten. Comparison sites cannot compete with AXA's quotes. I don't bother looking anywhere else now!! Very easy website to navigate, so easy to ammend policies....and free 😀 10/10

I have car insurance with AXA and tried to add another car and home insurance to our policy. The quote (only possible online) was declined with no explanation, and no 'rea'l person could give a reason. AXA missed out on two additional policies, I was left finding cover elsewhere which left a recently purchased second car waiting on the yard a week after purchase. Very disappointing.
