Still billing me after switching

Once Origin started charging in advance for Broadband/ phone services I moved, the price went up 25% overnight. I phoned to tell my swap over date, and to ensure they would stop billing me. Now after another month they are still billing me when in fact it should have been a refund, the worst company I have been involved with.
