AUTODOC - Great Britain

I have ordered around £108 on 28th April and it’s been more than 10 days I have not received any delivery, the delivery service chose by AUTODOC don’t have phone number where real human update the delivery information and no one contact if leave message through chat, I have no idea how can I get my package from locker and I tried to contact AUTODOC they were not helpful at all. What a shame they don’t care about customer, Customer service people are rude and they don’t happy to help which is very frustrating for customers. And till present day I don’t know how to get my package 🤦🏻‍♂️

AUTODOC has been very successful with my orders and and what I ordered was perfect I like the way they are by just putting in your registration number, they give you a good choice of parts to pick from and delivery is good

The main service AUTODOC offers is clever and genuinely helpful—especially for those who aren’t mechanics—as it helps you check whether parts will fit your car. However, this is let down by their extremely poor delivery timeframes. For instance, I ordered a set of brake shoes over a week ago, and they still haven’t arrived. While I’ll allow some leeway due to the bank holiday Monday, the delay is still unreasonable. What made this more frustrating than usual was the fact that I needed the parts for an MOT retest. Fortunately, I was able to adjust the existing shoes and get through it. Because of this experience, I won’t be using AUTODOC again. In future, I’ll pay a little extra and go with Euro Car Parts or Motor World for the reliability.

There is no doubt that this is one of the cheapest places on the web for parts, but as a UK customer the delivery times are just too long unless you are planning well in advance. 4 days after ordering and no delivery information I tried to live chat but couldn't get past the useless AI bot. I then put a 2 star review on and suddenly I got an email and delivery information within 24 hours and then a Saturday delivery. Whilst this is great support post review, it doesn't change the fact it was still a long delivery and would have possibly been longer without a negative review. 3.5/5 seems fair. Edited this numerous times based on updates and AutoDoc responses.

Everything was perfect

I don’t like giving bad reviews but I’ve got to be honest here. I had high hopes for this app as I had it recommended by a good friend, but to start with I ordered two items that the app said were compatible only to find they weren’t even close to the right part. Upon trying to return them, I was told I was going to be sent a postage label, weeks went by, I wasn’t, so I shipped the items myself and had to use my own money for postage.

overall really happy with AUTODOC used with in my business making profit margins higher as far cheaper than any parts supplier in UK !! and now fast delivery normally with me in 2-3 days !

Trusted supplier, very fair on prices and speedy service. Postage a bit expensive

The parts were great arrived within a week. The only gripe is the info regarding the oil was a wee bit off I didn't realise I needed ow30. I got 5w30 but the site said it was ok for my car .Better to check first before you order.Apart from that a great site.

kupoje na AutoDoc już kila lat i nigdy nie miałem problemu, mimo że mieszkam na Walii, to paczki przychodzą w ciągu siedmiu dni, ceny mają konkurencyjne, czasami nawet ranisze o 50 procent jak tu na Walii. polecam. 🙂
