price and speed of delivery

The time it takes them to pick and box parts it absolutely ridiculous! A week to put parts in a box??? This is then compounded by using the worst delivery company in the UK..Don't be in a hurry!

I’ve Placed my order Monday 28th of April and not received my order until 3rd of May 2025. After paying £8.90 postage, it took a little longer than I’ve expected but I’ve emailed Autodoc customer service and I’ve received a very prompt and quick reply from Xena. She had explain the ordering and delivery time as it was coming from their office in Germany. She apologised and also refunded my postage cost. I must say I am very impressed on how quickly Xena from Autodoc change my mind from negative to positive thought about ordering again. So Xena and to the customer service team in Autodoc thank you. Will definitely use your company again in the future.

The main advantage is the price. The ordered goods are as described and most importantly fit. I haven't installed everything I ordered yet but so far it's very good. You have to wait a few days for delivery but it's worth it. I recommend

I've been getting parts from Autodoc many times over the last few years. I can't really fault the service. The range and costs of parts and versions thereof is very comprehensive. Customer support is first class, guaranteeing the part will fit. If it doesn't, the return service is very good. Delivery is as quick as one can expect from Germany.

No problem with placing order or parts received, thank you. However delivery company did not deliver to my flat number but another flat in same block!!
