Poor delivery info before point of purchase, no indication when the parcel will arrive till a few days after you've paid. Also constant notifications from the Autodoc app and frequent emails, very annoying.

Ordered shocks for my BMW that are being sold in pairs - only received 1! Few other items missing also. I was prepared that order would take up to a week to receive but now with missing items reported, might take double that if not longer. Customer support - automated bot, takes some practice to complete the claim, especially if it's more than 1 item. 24-48 hrs for them to pick up on the claim and if successful same long wait time again. Gutted and left without car for long time. Should have gone for local UK company even if have to pay a bit extra. UPDATE! Since AUTODOC insists on me updating the review... I still haven't got the missing parts. That's 21 days after placing my order. Yes, after dozen of emails and requests of various photos, vin numbers and other random questions, they did agree to send out what's missing. And apparently it's in transit with the courier, so, fingers crossed, should receive any day now. Quick tip. When dealing with customer chatbot, ask "speak to agent" and eventually you'll get through to someone to assist you, but be prepared of interrupted connections and dealing with someone else once you get through again. So anyone who has a project car and is not in hurry for parts, prices here are good. If you're in need of urgent repair or, especially, MOTs - avoid.
