    What a dreadful company and depressing…

    What a dreadful company and depressing experience. I would advise avoiding at all costs, unless you enjoy chatting with AI bots that is. I ordered a car battery and after some days was informed by DX Express that they would deliver on 08/05 so I dutifully stayed at home all day to receive. Later that day DX emailed to say item had been delivered and accepted, but it hadn't. Complained to DX immediately but was informed that I had to deal with supplier. Complained to Autodoc on 08/05. No response. Complained again on 09/05. Told I would receive an email within 72 hours. I didn't. Complained again on 13/05 repeatedly asking for a refund, which they refused to do. They said they would respond by email within 72 hours (again). I received an automated phone call this morning (15/05) saying they had sent an email and to respond asap. At the time of writing no such email has arrived (not in spam either). I have now had to buy a battery from another supplier in order to go on holiday. Where is my refund Autodoc?

    I placed the order on the 7th of May…

    I placed the order on the 7th of May and a week later it still haven't been dispatched, despite all parts being in stock. What takes a week, to complete the order? If you need your parts qick, forget Autodoc and go with GSF or Euro Car Parts, they dispatch same or next day, and aim to deliver the next day.

    Parts came within the week

    Parts came within the week, I was pleasantly surprised as I have a very sketch history with Evri deliveries. Parts were a great price for branded parts. No complaints would definitely recommend.

    I would avoid them and won't recommend…

    I would avoid them and won't recommend to anyone. The whole experience was waste of time. They want you to use the app and ordering the parts. I order some parts ( shock absorbers) for my car and they told me that this parts aren't compatible for my car. I cancelled my order. I got advised from them and they emailed the right parts for my car. I ordered the right parts (sho-obs )with few other things, made the purchase all fine at this point and the money taken from my account. Few days later got a call to tell me that the ( sho-obs) i ordered are out of stock we can replace them with different brand if you are happy to do so. Initially I wasn't happy but I said ok let's have the others as I need to get my car fixed. I checked again few days later and the shocks that they said are out of stock still showing online are in stock available. Now my order hasn't arrived, I rang up to find out the customer service wasn't too helpful they just said it's still at warehouse being picked could take up to another 5 to 7 working days to be delivered. After waiting all this time they still haven't dispatched my order. Not rush at all. Customer service not to much bothered about the waiting time. I cancelled my order and asked for refund. Let's hope the refund gets quicker than them dispatching the goods. I wouldn't use them again to be honest Very disappointed Terrible service

    Incredibly slow to dispatch !

    Incredibly slow delivery! At the moment it would appear the item , which was in stock hasn’t even been dispatched though it was ordered days ago. Other than payment confirmation the most recent email said: ——— This order acknowledgement is to inform you that we have received your order. It does not represent acceptance of your order or the conclusion of a contract. When we accept your order, an order confirmation will be sent to you by email. —— So you’ve taken money prior to even accepting the order. I’m now having to purchase a duplicate from elsewhere and pay again as simply just can't keep waiting.

    The delays are getting worse…

    Reading the latest reviews it seems I am not alone. Previous transactions have left me a happy customer. I do allow for the huge delay in picking time when ordering. I allow for Evri, UKs worst parcel carrier service to eventually collect the items. But this time, 9 days since ordering i have finally received my items picked and pack email noting that it maybe another 3 days until Evri can find there way to the warehouse and collect the packages. Then we have the wait while Evri take the on a sightseeing tour before hopefully delivering them undamaged. At present Evri tracking tells me they are still eagerly awaiting the arrival of my parcels. Well at least we have that in common. Until now I could not fault the Autodoc experience but it is getting worse. By the time you add waiting, shipping and the uncertainty of wether the ordred goods will arrive, then couple that with are the possibility that they are not the correct items it makes the savings not seem such a good deal. Maybe it is time to use a UK based supplier again. Sorry Autodoc but you really do need to take note of your customers bad experiences and act on them, not just praise the good ones.

    Ordered parts on the 3/5, nothing 13/5

    Ordered parts on the 3/5, now the 13/5, and they haven't arrived. All was in stock when I ordered. Evri have had it since 7/5. Evri tracking said delivery on 12/5. Immediately after that update, a new one saying its bigger than expected so a specialist courier is to deliver it. So they had it 5 days and didn't know how big or heavy it was? Utterly useless. Contacted AutoDoc who said to contact Evri. Evri are Autodoc's customer, they're paying them, they should sort it. Then AutoDoc send me a 10% discount offer and a load of links to "things i might need" in their chat page. I just want what I've ordered, 10% discount is no good as I won't be using them again. App to delete once my goods eventually arrive.
