What a dreadful company and depressing…
What a dreadful company and depressing experience. I would advise avoiding at all costs, unless you enjoy chatting with AI bots that is. I ordered a car battery and after some days was informed by DX Express that they would deliver on 08/05 so I dutifully stayed at home all day to receive. Later that day DX emailed to say item had been delivered and accepted, but it hadn't. Complained to DX immediately but was informed that I had to deal with supplier. Complained to Autodoc on 08/05. No response. Complained again on 09/05. Told I would receive an email within 72 hours. I didn't. Complained again on 13/05 repeatedly asking for a refund, which they refused to do. They said they would respond by email within 72 hours (again). I received an automated phone call this morning (15/05) saying they had sent an email and to respond asap. At the time of writing no such email has arrived (not in spam either). I have now had to buy a battery from another supplier in order to go on holiday. Where is my refund Autodoc?
