Not impressed, ended up with wrong parts , sent back via DPD on 19/4/25 but just arrived back with me on the 7/5/24 😡 Evri that they use won’t take car parts in the uk , so won’t be doing business with them again. Ps dpd cost me over 18 pounds, plus useless parts cost 😡😡 After my trustpilot rant id like to thank AUTODOC for coming to the rescue in this situation, all sorted well & efficiently, thank you & it shows that AUTODOC do care about customers!!

Quick delivery. Good price. No issues.

I placed a order on 11th april for 2 tyres and we are now in 7th may and I received a email to say I will be receiving a refund after raising a investigation with the company they told me They have lost the parcel and don’t know where it is they have offered no compensation or nothing for the time they have wasted. They told me It was delivered when it was not then the parcel tracking shows it sat at a uk distribution centre and hasn’t moved. So I’ve waiting nearly a month and all they can say is sorry not a reputable company I would never use them or recommend them to anyone in future.poor quality of customer service the lady on the phone just spoke over me didn’t want to listen to what I had to say very unhelpful

Ordered several times, they use evri to ship, which if the parts are urgent takes so long for delivery. Still waiting for parts order over two weeks ago.

Unbelievable amount of spare parts they have for every car be it english or american or german or whatever. And they have some brilliant prices, well worth a look like I did.

the prices seem cheap but then it's the delivery that bumps up the price quite a bit and after having a shop around on other Web sites I found what parts I needed for cheaper with free delivery, the delivery time is a bit of a joke as well I ordered on a Friday and didn't receive the parts until the following Thursday. if it was free delivery and next day or a 48 hr it wouldn't be so bad as I say parts are cheap and better when there on offer but I'll always have a shop around before making another purchase
