Parts either don’t turn up or when they do there wrong! Won’t be using again. They do offer some sort of insurance for parts not fitting so highly recommend using this if you still want to use them.

Should be zero stars. Ordered 7 Jul, still not delivered by 17 Jul. Horrendous company, do not use.
Item damaged. Bad customer service. Order a bottle of engine oil. The item arrived damaged, had to clean the leaked oil in my living room. Sent photos to the live chat to flag the issue. It took them more than 40 minutes to 'verify' the photo. (still waiting for the 'result' of their verification). Customer service is rude. Not recommend. Edit: After an hour of ‘verification’, they said they will come back to me with solutions later in the day or the day after (since the oil is leaking, it will be problematic when return it). But there’s still nothing after 24 hours.
Ordered the car parts on Monday early afternoon, and they arrived on Friday morning, good choice of parts good quality, good price .expect the delivery to be 5 working days ,the autodoc delivery information link never worked , and never provided any information even after the parts had arrived .However the evri e mail and link was excellent, and the parts arrived as stated.
Part required was easily identified and had options which varied in price, swift delivery and part arrived undamaged and fitted perfectly. Only modification I had to do was tap a m8x1.0 thread in the barrel for the security screw as there was no thread there, wasn't a difficult fix and had the tooling required. Only suggestion I can make is that delivery options and times are shown at time of order placement, other than that great service again and would recommend.

Easy to use app fair prices
Very low service level 1. Placed a order and did try to cancel it in About10-20 min after order was placed, system didn’t let me; 2. Customer service did recommend to refuse delivery, currier refused to take the parcel back; 3. Return collection arranged at stupid time (21:58-22:58)- curier didn’t show up…… 4. Reason of return- amazon selling the same product from the same supplier but £50 cheaper Highly not recommend this service…..
Ordered on Wednesday, arrived on Monday - not lightning fast but not bad either. They did use Evri as their courier and I have very little faith in Evri/Hermes (past experience) but this time at least it went smoothly. The Autodoc App seems to have a few bugs such as the tracking buttons not working (says "empty URL") and it sometimes crashes. Nevertheless, Autodoc do seem to offer competitive prices and I've managed to find everything I needed.
Would give it a zero starts if I can. Taking ages to receive a refund for a faulty product.
