Great prices and quick delivery to the UK

The only issue encountered was the inability to modify my order after submitting it; two items were inadvertently omitted. This necessitated a second order and an additional delivery charge, despite the short timeframe (five minutes) before fulfillment. A system allowing order adjustments prior to shipment would have been preferable, especially considering the subsequent one-day processing delay. Update : I still believe there should be an option to adjust an order without having to contact multiple departments and spend considerable time resolving something that should only take a couple of seconds in the app . That said, the team was very professional and efficient in ultimately resolving my issues, so I’m updating my rating to 3 stars.

Very good products at really good prices. Only thing I would say is the postage is expensive no matter what size of product you order. And for what you pay you would expect next day delivery. Most I have waited is 5-6 working days.

Following recent purchases, I've found Autodoc have a large selection of parts from varying manufacturers at extremely competitive prices and always seemingly in stock. Delivery to the UK has been relatively quick. Although the tracking system isn't great. I will continue to use Autodoc as their like for like products are considerably cheeper than UK based outlets.
