Autodoc is great, Evri is the worse carrier on the planet! After I have placed an order and provided a wrong address, I've contacted Evri before the parcel was out for delivery, emailed them and texted them everywhere. I was completely ignored and their driver tried delivering to the wrong address, even if the postcode and the street did not match. Autodoc tried resolving this, but they were also ignored. The staff from autodoc surprised me in a good way and did everything that they could to help. Thank you!

I've always had a great experience with getting parts from AutoDoc. I double check compatibility with support before purchasing anything. The quality is great and so is the fitment. I've been purchasing parts for both my cars which are both over 20years old. The return policy is the best which I have used only twice in the beginning because I had no idea support could check part compatibility. The only thing is that they don't have everything and you have to wait a few days for postage. Otherwise it's brilliant in every other way especially in pricing.

Ordered multiple times from them and although the prices are cheap, you should not order here if you actually need something within a reasonable amount of time. I have had multiple orders take 3+ weeks to arrive even when all products are in stock. Even worse when it shows it's available, you order, but then turns out it was not in fact in stock. They won't let you know, you will just wait forever until you decide to check your order manually to see why it's taking so long. Also have had some orders shipped to me that were damaged. Products looked like they might have been opened before and improperly packed again. The return process works just fine, but with the long delivery times it sometimes means waiting over a month to get a part delivered.
