GREAT QUALITY PRODUCT AT A GREAT PRICE

Great price on a quality product.

The pricing, particularly in terms of parts selection and availability, is generally excellent and among the best available. I have had several positive experiences with Autodoc in the past. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was less satisfactory, not due to Autodoc directly but because of their partnership with Evri for UK deliveries. This delivery service significantly undermined the overall experience, as my parcel was never delivered. I later discovered it had been damaged and ultimately disposed of. Although Autodoc’s customer support was responsive and helpful throughout the process, and I did eventually receive a full refund, I believe that it is worth questioning whether a more reliable logistics provider could better support Autodoc’s otherwise strong service offering.

Good quality components at a good, low price and 5 days delivery.

They sent me manifold that was not fit for purpose although it was the correct part & OEN it had no brass tapped inserts fitted. Meaning it could not be bolted on to the engine & also no way of bolting the fuel body to it, so totally useless. They have refused to pay for it to be returned & because their return labels are not valid here & want me to pay over 50€ This the reply I got from Autodoc on the 21st of May & nothing has happened C&P below. All good and it was the correct part.

Companies just amaze me with their complete lack of regard to their customers. Delayed delivery, then the part doesn't match what it says on their own site. And then blame the manufacturer. And instead of sort our a replacement, increased the prices of all the other ones, of only two are even in stock, one of which is the wrong part they sent me and still listing it as correct with a £50 mark up. And another one which states incorrect information for it to even fit in the first place? 6 hours of "support" later and my only option is refund, at my own expense and source a part elsewhere. So I'm now down 2 extra days still no car and their assistance to it all? No apologies, just send it back and buy another.

Great fange of parts at good prices however the processing and dispatch time is a bit slow, last 2 orders both 7 days from order. Worth the wait.

I've heard good things about Autodoc. But my first experience has been awful. Parts still haven't arrived after weeks since placing the order. No human to speak to just automated response systems. And to top it off they have used EVRI as their courier. Shockingly no accountability from either party. Yet I haven't got the parts but they have my money!! ... seriously how bad luck can I have with a company. Ordered parts for a car that the website said were compatible. The parts actually arrived this time. But there is no way they will fit. Completely different in every way. Not sure how they can send the parts out so wrong.

I ordered parts a week ago, apparently 1 half of my order has been collected in Poland by DPD and will be delivered in approx 8 WORKING days from now. The second part of my order has not yet been handed over to DPD. I tried to contact their support and was confronted by "Dan" their idiot AI bot ! Incredibly frustrating. Local auto parts for me in future.

Suppliers in the UK less than helpfull in obtaining part for vw fox also were very expensive and not guaranteed. Autodoc were quite the opposite very satisfied.
