Unfortunately an item arrived damaged. This has never happened before, simply photographed the item and sent it to Xena in customer support. Excellent customer service and immediate response had a replacement on its way to me. Things do sometimes go wrong but I can only commend Xena and all at customer support. 10 out of 10.

Good prices. Wide range of products. I have had no issues with receiving my orders. It is easy to modify orders before they are picked up by the courier. The vehicle compatibility checker is generally good, but occasionally it can be wrong, especially if parts vary based on model year or what options are on your car. I tend to order parts based on OE numbers found on third-party sites like RealOEM. Prices change frequently and if they drop in the time between you placing an order and receiving it, you will not receive any compensation. Some people suggest that prices are lowest on Mondays or that you should keep items in your wishlist and monitor their price, but I have never personally tried this. The minimum spend for free delivery is quite high at £130 so make sure you order in bulk and you're certain you have remembered everything. Delivery times are typically around a week.

Auto doc always has item to fit your motor it may take awhile to receive the item but it worth it and always packed nicely.

Made my first order over the weekend all 6 items were in stock so would assume it would have been shipped by Tuesday at the very latest but no still being picked on Thursday and got told they were waiting for one of the items to come from another warehouse. After speaking to someone and not getting an answer when it would be here they told me to add an air freshener to my order as compensation for the delay. Now waiting for a refund so let's just hope that doesn't take the same amount of time like picking orders.

Still waiting for a part i ordered weeks ago, cannot contact them except AI. Wouldn't have used them if i knew it was going to be this much hassle to chase up a part.

Very good price and delivered in good time, considering it's coming from overseas.

Prices change too frequently. Items I bought dropped in price before I even received my order or soon after. Order acceptance and shipping is very slow and not transparent enough. Good thing is they usually have access to a greater selection of parts than others, especially for older vehicles.

Bought 3 items 1: fuel filter for seat leon 2010 1.9 This part was a quality part, fitted perfectly. 2: fuel pump (in petrol tank) this was an exact match for the replaced part, it solved the back flow issue. (I can now park facing uphill) 😆. 3: new seal for fuel pump. This part was significantly different than the oem and therefore I reused the original. *UPDATE* Customer support contacted me without prompting and gave me a refund for the fuel pump gasket (rubber) which wad sent in error. EXCELLENT customer service.
