Very happy with your website and the vast selection of car parts at very competitive prices. The delivery took longer than expected but now I know that it takes time to get through your system and shipment to the UK then I can make allowances.

Very happy with the service from Autodoc. They offer a fantastic wide range of parts across the market and in turn they are all very competitive. The app is great and very easy to navigate with your garage. Tells you what is suitable for your model of car. The detail on each part is brilliant, most are compared with OEM part numbers so its easy to understand what you are looking for. My only gripe, would be the delivery charges. Recently spent £43 on service parts, then £9 on delivery. So almost 25% of the final cost was delivery! Overall maybe the same or cheaper purchasing from local motor parts shop? Worth checking.

Top service, all the parts fitted properly. The parts came from Germany. As the reputation goes, it still stands as top notch. I hope it would not change. Seems like this company is among the very last bastions of quality parts and fair pricing. Respect for your work!

Hi all The experience was I amazing. I ordered my part two wrong address but mistake. Its was sort very prompt.need two be paid back soon as they receive first part !

This store poses as UK-based but actually ships from Europe. Delivery takes over two weeks to reach, then they botched the address I entered correctly by omitting the house number. After contacting them, instead of fixing it, they recalled the parcel and refused to send a replacement or refund until it arrived back abroad to them - another 2 weeks later. Plus the 14 days it takes to ‘be checked’ by their warehouse. And the 7 days for a refund to be sent. And another 5 days for the refund to reach your bank. ..You get the idea. Looks like a waste of money and over a month of stress and time I cannot not get back. Avoid and just stay away. There’s better alternatives out there for the same price. Update: Still no sign of a replacement or refund, even if the parcel appears to have arrived back to their warehouse since last week. Point withstanding. Customer service is useless and will only reply generic info to you. Now heading into month 2 and looking like the only way will be to chargeback through the bank, if that’s still possible. Wish I listened to other reviews and never used them, I’ve never experienced something like this before. Shocking. Update 2: Finally had somebody contact and arrange a refund.

I've found AUTODOC to be overall, quite good. And excellent value. Further, they have a good support team that include technical staff who can provide assistance with ordering the correct parts, as long as you have the VIN to give them. As mentioned by others, you need to make sure you plan your work as there is a delivery time lag of 7-10 days, so not ideal if you are in a hurry. Other than that, very good.

I ordered a sensor for my bmw, that the site said is compatible with my vehicle. It wasn’t. I’ve requested a return and refund, but not heard anything back.

Can’t believe the bad reviews on here . I’ve used autodoc for probably 20 different orders over 3-4 years they have been superb. Do agree with the EVRI statement side of it . Completely useless company but Autodoc have been first class . I’m in UK so you must allow 7-8 days delivery. I use Autodoc every time . I can’t recommend them highly enough
