Have ordered a lot of spares, haven't had any issues at all so far, so, all is good. The ordering process is easy and logical. Recommended. The prices are very competitive as well for genuine, or branded spares. Can't complain.

Compared to the few times I've used Autodoc before, this time, May 2025, was the fastest. 1 week between ordering and receiving my parts. I haven't fitted the parts yet but making this comment based on speed of turnaround. If I have issues, their customer service is of a high standard anyway.

Ordered a pair of new boot struts for mk3 TT. The parts were packed well and arrived in a timely manner. The parts are of high standard and very easy to fit due to their design ( literally pop on) would use again.

Entered all info including VIN, part took over a week to arrive (ordered 01.05.25, arrived 08.05.25) and when it did turn up it was not compatible with the vehicle. Tried to access returns via the app and online, but despite numerous attempts could not get it to process the item. Will not be using again or recommending.
