Slow delivery of 4 items. One broken, one missing parts. First customer support chat promised email that never arrived. Second costumer support chat promised a refund, but ended up only refunding one item. Third customer support call informed me that the broken part was my fault.

Products and Prices Great. However takes a while for Autodoc to Process the order to dispatch. Once dispatched arrives within three days by Evri. Autodoc really need to improve their own dispatch time. In today's time, it should be packed and ready to go almost the same day.
I live in the UK and this is the second time I have ordered parts. This time they arrived in about 8 days. And that is very great. Thank you very much, but I have a small problem. I ordered the wrong brake discs and would like to return them but I do not know how to do this.
I have recieved 2 wrong parts. 1 has label stuck over the top of a different part number. The other part is listed with wrong part number on your website. I have spent 2 days communicating with your webchat speaking to advisors Frank Jones and Lucas Green. One said there would be further communication be email once investigated and I haven't heard anything. The second left the chat and I have screenshot of both conversations. I'm done dealing with people who don't understand the situation or may not even understand the language. This matter needs dealing with now so I expect a manager to be in contact with me before I take the matter to an ombudsman

Ordered goodyear asymmetrical 6 tyres and they sent Hancook all season, offered me a return to Germany at my expense, the tyres actually came from mytyres oxford.....dreadful experience, avoid. Need to update this.......Kate from customer service has sent me an email and has refunded me for the tyres, they appear to have pulled it out of the bag at the last moment. Thanks Kate, autodoc, would I use again? I probably would tbh, once the scars have healed.
