So I ordered two filters for the windscreen washer pump, paid for two, but only received one. I know I only need one but I wanted a spare. Otherwise I’m happy with AUTODOC.

Comprehensive list of parts even for some of the most obscure vehicles. Web site can be a nightmare though, click on something and when you go back it opens a different page to the one you were on....

I was looking for parts for my VW transporter T5, I looked in all the usual places GSF, Euro carpets etc. But Autodoc stood out as having the widest range of available parts at the best prices. So I thought what the hell give them a go, well I am glad I did, the savings were considerable and upon receiving the parts, a lot are OE spec, I just couldn't come close with UK suppliers. I will 100% use Autodoc again, ok you wait a few days for delivery but Royal mail can be far worse and that is for internal delivery, the savings are worth the wait alone and in my experience Evri, their chosen delivery company provide so much feedback, almost live, I could easily time being able to take receipt of the parcels. In my opinion Autodoc are a great supplier giving real value for money, with options to suit most pockets. I chose good mid range components, there are far cheaper and more expensive alternatives as options on their site, if you can afford to wait give them a shot, you won't be disappointed.

Do not deal with this company. Don't describe items fully to send wrong items then won't refund unless sent at own costs which cost £15 which then they don't receive as it got stuck in customs and they wouldn't respond to customs. They still haven't refunded and probably won't. There avoiding to help me. Waste of money. Now opening a claim through my bank. Corrupt company

I often use Autodoc for car parts. I ordered a set of front and rear discs and pads for my wife’s Jazz and they arrived reasonably fast. I opted for Ridex ones as I’ve had them before and thought they are decent quality. The fronts went on fine. However, the rear discs were not drilled correctly. The hold down screw holes were in the wrong place. I went ahead and fitted them since I had them stripped down. There’s no safety issue by not using the screws once the wheels are on. However, I checked the oem nos before I ordered the parts, so I expect them to fit properly and was disappointed that they didn’t. Hence my 4* rating.

To late delivery

I was very surprised that one of the items I received was the incorrect part. This is so unlike you. It is the first time this has happened. You are usually spot on with everything. I will of course continue to shop with you because you have one of the best priced parts etc available. I'm sure it was just a hiccup at your end. In order to get the correct one it would however cost me too much when postage is added. Thank you for your time. I am certain that the next rating will be back up to the usual 5 stars.
