Quick simple ordering system. Useful knowing that the parts are OEM quality and specific for the model of car. They are well priced, quick to process orders and delivery is then in the hands of EVRI, so it may come next day or three weeks later. Autodoc have a fabulous archive of YouTube videos on how to carry out various servicing requirements and they are simple to follow. Hats off to them for investing the time and money in this aspect of their service. Really good and makes the whole process so much easier.

BUYER BEWARE! Truly one of the worst parts suppliers in the UK to deal with - DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR AUDI PARTS FROM AUTODOC!. Very poor communication and customer service with this company. This is my recent experience. Ordered Wheel bearing hub kits for my Audi A6 C6. Provided full specification at order. They supplied the parts and on install when removing my existing ones I found they supplied the wrong kit, looked identical but very deceiving, the bearing and hub was 8mm too short! But they insisted it was correct for my car and specifications because their shelf sticker said so. Nearly 3 months on, I am back and forth with emails where all I get is replies that are deliberately deflective and dismissive. They won’t even refund me in full on my original order. I believe I am within my legal rights to a full refund and settlement for their errors and failures . They are simply over complicating the entire issue and will not come to a fair and reasonable resolution. There is no real channel to air your complaint or escalate further. I would based on my experience avoid this company at all costs. They appear genuine but are far from it.

Easy to order the part from a wide selection of ABS sensors. I Chose the Magnet merreli brand. I was hesitant that the part may be wrong or take too long to deliver. However it was delivered before the expected delivery date and fitted my vehicle. Seems like a great quality part but time will tell on its reliability. Good communication from autodoc and evri parcel company delivered the part effectively. I have used autodoc before and will use them again for other car parts. Great service.
