Brake pads don’t fit

Not even bothered answering my return request. For the fuel filter the gaskets were the wrong size, just too large. The check vehicle tool does not work. When trying to get a refund, there is no response.

I reved late and packing was damaged Second when I order price was 52 and they charge 61 when I ask why u charge over they said every day our price change

I left a negative review about Autodoc after receiving the wrong part and paying to return it but after leaving the negative review, I was contacted by a very kind lady from the customer service quality department of Autodoc UK, who took time to work through the details of the situation. She acknowledged the incorrect part had been sent, verified the correct replacement using my VIN, and offered a discount on the new part as a goodwill gesture. Despite the situation being tense and emotionally charged, she remained composed, resilient and thoroughly professional throughout. Her calm and respectful approach turned a tense situation into a positive reflection of her dedication to quality customer services.

I would have given a 5 star, but unfortunately, Evri the courier company did not deliver the parcel to my door it was left in a communal hall way.

There was a delay in getting parts sent out and was just about to cancel and buy them off the shelf when they arrived. Will say that the parts all fitted easily and happy with the quality. Mark down because of delay

The brake anti rattle clips I ordered didn't fit but everything else was ok.

Phone App bombarding the customer with spam and notifications. When order is placed it took ages (6days) to arrive without any tracking.

Great range of products and good prices

Vert bad customer service placed order had issue with discount code. Customer service wasnt helpful at all..even though the order hadnt left for delivery..never buy from these unproffessional ppl. Or be careful when placing orders..as they will take money but any issues wont help or make excuses.
