Excellent Service
I cannot fault the service I received from Rachel Mack. She went that extra mile to ensure that she was able to offer me exactly what I wanted from my river cruise choice. I had many questions and requirements which she dealt with in a friendly, helpful manner whilst remaining professional at all times. It was a pleasure to deal with her, she is a credit to APT.

Fabulous boat, wonderfull holiday.
Fabulous boat, immaculately maintained, excellent ports of call, enthusiastic and informative Tour Director, plenty of food and drink, ( though served by less than enthusiastic staff, no eye contact, little rapport ). Overall, an exceptionally good trip. We would strongly recommend APT to anyone considering a small motor yacht cruise.,

Good ship to use if you like River Cruising
The ship was clean, comfortable, excellent cabins and great staff. The cruise director was excellent, especially working with the airport to track my list baggage. The negative side we felt that too much time was spent on coaches and not enough actual daytime sailing.

Excellent cabin and very comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean thanks to Neda. Food good, staff very helpful but need training eg clearing plates before everyone on the table had finished eating; ushering us out before we were ready, presumably to start setting up for breakfast. The late breakfast was very poor; there was hardly anything to eat! The tour director ,Roland,was excellent. But we all wanted to have printed daily programmes. Having messages on the TV is ok but you have to memorise it all. Why not send it to people's phones, it isn't difficult. Tours were excellent, guides very helpful. We were somewhat confused about Travel Marvel which we had never heard of until we boarded. We thought we were on the wrong ship as we had booked with APT! And, some people had gifts of backpacks but not us. And, at the airport there was complete confusion with the meet and greet in the name of Travel Marvel not APT. Eventually we were united. Finally, you need to do something about access to your website. It doesn't work in Spain. Your staff in the UK sent me a link but that didn't work either. And I've told your UK office about this but no response.

The best cruise I have every been on
APT are a great company that thinks of everything and delivers beyond our expectations. I have just returned from a trip on the Amareina/Amavenita. We had to change ships because of low water levels but it was done seamlessly and without any fuss or inconvenience. Both ships (similar design) were beautiful, the food was wonderful and the crews were the best I have ever encountered on a cruise - large or small. The destinations were all very interesting often with a choice of where to visit. The Experiences were fantastic and everything worked perfectly. Added to the fun group of passengers it was a fantastic experience and one I hope to repeat.

Excellent cruise and food. Only criticism, the cruise director left the ship before introducing the new director. The lack of continuity left us unsure of our disembarkation procedure

A fabulous first time cruise!
For a first time cruise, this was totally amazing! The organisation from start to finish, was second to none. The staff could not do enough for us, especially Gunther the cruise director. The cabin was immaculate and the food was well cooked and served, with lots of choice and variety.

My initial contact with APT has been great
My initial contact with APT has been very good the two people I talked to were excellent and very helpful though the web site was a problem trying to complete my Personal Details but this was resolved quickly by the ladle I talked too also on my initial booking. I hope the rest of the holiday goes as well
