Excellent Service
I cannot fault the service I received from Rachel Mack. She went that extra mile to ensure that she was able to offer me exactly what I wanted from my river cruise choice. I had many questions and requirements which she dealt with in a friendly, helpful manner whilst remaining professional at all times. It was a pleasure to deal with her, she is a credit to APT.

Fabulous boat, wonderfull holiday.
Fabulous boat, immaculately maintained, excellent ports of call, enthusiastic and informative Tour Director, plenty of food and drink, ( though served by less than enthusiastic staff, no eye contact, little rapport ). Overall, an exceptionally good trip. We would strongly recommend APT to anyone considering a small motor yacht cruise.,

Not for special diets
A good overall holiday but hotel in Lisbon had many maintenance issues. No special diets or allergies catered for on river cruise. Truly horrendous and worrying. Was given full sugar coke instead of sugar free and told it was zero sugar, being type 1 diabetic with a constant blood monitor. Life threatening lies. Needed well cooked veg & thinly sliced meats as stomach issues, given ROTTEN broccoli on last day, no proteins. Had to go to a supermarket to self cater. Cruise Director was a typical smoozer & not interested about safety of customers. And replying to ATP. I needed thinly sliced meats & well cooked veg - not difficult & supplies the first couple of days. The cruise director may have taken the trouble to find out my food requirements when I stopped being given food on day 3, but sadly he didnβt make any effort at all to ensure the cook sliced meats and cooked vegetables thoroughly. We later found out the boat was owned by Nicco tours, so it explains why nothing was done by the cook or cruise director.

High Quality River Cruise
APT were offering some amazing discounts this year, and we availed ourselves of one of them. To be honest we could not have afforded the full price. Overall, the cruise was excellent. We enjoyed the everything about the boat, with its quality fittings and lovely cabins. The food was great, and the all-inclusive drinks were welcomed. The included excursions ranged from good to fantastic, although there was sometimes an over reliance on long walks in the hot sun. This proved too much for many of the older passengers. Would we go again? Most definitely - at the right price!

Covered everything we expected.Excellent service by the staff,crew and tour director.Great tours Only point of disappointment was that when we booked our one week holiday we were not told that we would be joining the second week of a two week cruise.makes it difficult for 8 straingers to suddenly be amongst 100 other holiday makers who had a chance to meet each other during the first week.You need to think about this for the future

What an amazing holiday
The ship was great with very professional, friendly, helpful staff and crew. The food was delicious. All the excursions were fabulous, including a champagne reception at a palace and a private recital in Vienna. Couldn't fault anything. Would definitely travel with APT again.

The staff were great
The staff were great, could not do enough to make holiday great. Only two complaints 1. lift did not work at times and as I have difficulty walking and going up and down stairs it was a problem. 2. The shower soaps and conditioner were very difficult to use. Otherwise a great holiday

Travel Marvel cruise Amsterdam to Budapest
A brilliant cruise Amsterdam to Nuremberg on TM Vega. Couldnβt fault it. Crew especially all went above & beyond. However when we moved to TM Polaris for the 2nd leg Passau to Budapest (due to low river levels) there was less actual cruising during the day. This took away from a relaxing holiday. The staff were also unhelpful at times & it felt like they did not want to get to know us & what we liked at meal times

Great boats with all the ammenties you need for river sailing. Great Staff and crew makes it more enjoyable. Recommend they have more choice of bed pillows as the ones they use are too soft (I like a firm pillow and the boat couldn't provide any) Food in the main was excellent with only a couple off evenings where the meal was not upto standard. Some of the included excursions were a bit rushed, not everyone needs to be all done and dusted in a port before lunch. Some of the docking points for the ship were a bit out off town (Budapest and Vienna) but I suppose the clsoer you are the more you pay to dock.
