Excellent Service
I cannot fault the service I received from Rachel Mack. She went that extra mile to ensure that she was able to offer me exactly what I wanted from my river cruise choice. I had many questions and requirements which she dealt with in a friendly, helpful manner whilst remaining professional at all times. It was a pleasure to deal with her, she is a credit to APT.

Fabulous boat, wonderfull holiday.
Fabulous boat, immaculately maintained, excellent ports of call, enthusiastic and informative Tour Director, plenty of food and drink, ( though served by less than enthusiastic staff, no eye contact, little rapport ). Overall, an exceptionally good trip. We would strongly recommend APT to anyone considering a small motor yacht cruise.,

Professional and Polite
The staff were always friendly, helpful and polite. The food was excellent and as a vegetarian I always found there was am option for me. The visits off the boat were all well organised and worth doing. I was pleased that our cabin was kept so tidy and clean by the cabin staff.

It was a superb experience and we loved…
It was a superb experience and we loved it from start to finish. We were well looked after and had superb food and a beautiful bedroom suite. Everyone was helpful and we enjoyed sightseeing tours at every port as part of the package.

Relaxing cruise on the River Duero
We had a lovely relaxing holiday on the Esterela and met some nice people. The staff were very professional but also friendly. Our cabin was very good and overall the ship was very comfortable. There was an electric outage in Spain and Portugal during our trip. This impacted on the itinerary and the progress up the river, but the staff worked extremely hard to reorganise where necessary. It added interest and didn't annoy us at all. The organised trips were very enjoyable and the guides couldn't have been better. All in all a very nice trip.

Superb first River Cruise
We recently undertook our first river cruise along the Danube, we were unsure of what to expect and our circumstances are complicated by the state of our health. I am delighted to share that we had a fantastic time. We have tried to identify what made it such a success. The quality of the ship is a key part, but even bigger is the company ethos or spirit d’corps on board. The service and food were impeccable, in an informal but highly professional manner. Everyone on board was helpful, friendly and attentive. We particularly want to mention the cruise director Hedleigh, he is clearly very experienced and extremely efficient in communicating with the passengers. He was immediately trustworthy, a credit to his expertise and your confidence in him. We really enjoyed the little touches which made such a difference to us, the luggage tags, the availability of buses and guides, the port talks and a dozen other things. In my working life, I dealt with the public and while it was always welcome to receive feedback, my finance director would always bring me back to numbers. I’m delighted to say we’ve purchased the Future Travel Voucher with the anticipation of taking further trips with you. Very well done and thank you.

Holiday Bliss
The holiday experience met all our expectations and more. We liked all the guided walks and the 'extra' excursion in Vienna was an absolute delight. We liked the idea that there were no 'extra' tipping to have to worry about which we struggle with as never know how much or have the right money etc. so thank you for taking care of that problem. All the staff couldn't do enough to ensure that we had everything we needed - such a positive vibe and much appreciated.

Japan Tour Having used APT previously and were…
Having used APT previously and were very happy with the experience, we decided to embark on a tour of Japan with APT. We were very much looking forward to the tour and exploring Japan even though we thought it a very expensive holiday, however as it was advertised as luxury we felt reassured from our previous experiences with APT. Overall our experience wasn’t luxury due to inconsistency in hotels and meals. We did enjoy our holiday and were determined to make the most of our tour of Japan. We Did convey how we felt to our tour guide at the end of the holiday. Also on arrival back to London Heathrow the transport did not arrive for our return journey home. APT are currently dealing with this issue.

The power cut in Portugal and Spain…
The power cut in Portugal and Spain caused serious disruption to the cruise. Only three days of the cruise were completed according to the itinerary. While APT could not be blamed for this, the holiday we experienced was disappointing. Communication between passengers and staff broke down. The staff seemed unprepared for a problem of this type, unsure how to present information or keep the holiday spirit alive other than to keep glasses of wine full at meal times. A review of emergency procedures might help.

Everyone involved in travel marvel team…
Everyone involved in travel marvel team are excellent. They’re all professional with their job. We had a great time in all the tour. The tour guides are very knowledgeable with their designated topics. The foods are excellent and the guests are well informed with the itinerary and the tour. Everyone are helpful. Hedleigh is excellent very friendly and professional.
