Excellent Service
I cannot fault the service I received from Rachel Mack. She went that extra mile to ensure that she was able to offer me exactly what I wanted from my river cruise choice. I had many questions and requirements which she dealt with in a friendly, helpful manner whilst remaining professional at all times. It was a pleasure to deal with her, she is a credit to APT.

Fabulous boat, wonderfull holiday.
Fabulous boat, immaculately maintained, excellent ports of call, enthusiastic and informative Tour Director, plenty of food and drink, ( though served by less than enthusiastic staff, no eye contact, little rapport ). Overall, an exceptionally good trip. We would strongly recommend APT to anyone considering a small motor yacht cruise.,

This was our eight European riverβ¦
This was our eight European river cruise with APT and although there appeared to be some minor cut backs the service, guides and organisation were of the highest standard we are looking forward to our next cruise in July.

A brilliant trip from pick up at theβ¦
A brilliant trip from pick up at the airport to the warm and personal welcome on board. A beautiful suite, very comfortable and very good air conditioning. The food was fresh, varied, with good selection for each meal, always served with a smile and great service. Daily trips were well organised and worthwhile.

Such an amazing tour around the south island of New Zealand! Fernando our guide was so informative, helpful amd friendly he made the trip so enjoyable. As a first time solo traveller I would highly recommend APT and especially Fernando as your guide.

The staff on the cruise were well trained and efficient, but overall let down by other factors.
The staff on the cruise were well trained and efficient, but the hotel stay in Lisbon was poor, and the tour Director was βfluffyβ in that whilst she told you the night before about the next destination she rambled, and did not give clear and concise information. The food on board was average, and a lot of fried food. We would not consider travelling with them again.

APT Danube River Cruise
From the get go APT staff were very helpful in making all the arrangements. When we boarded the boat, the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms and general cleaniness of the boat was above par. The food was excellent and the whole holiday experience went without any problems. Even got a free room upgrade.

Balcony suites are cabins with an opening window!
The balcony suites were just fairly small cabins with a large window the top half of which cd be lowered electronically. The Dining room was very noisy as so many people packed in at once. No real bar service, tea /coffee from machines and trips ashore usually involved over long βfreeβ time hz going round waiting for buses to return.

Danube Cruise
First class cruise, Only two criticisms, I got the impression that, unlike sea cruises, you would have the experience of enjoying endless views as you sailed along. Not so, the sailings were mainly done overnight, or when it was dark. Most TV adverts are filmed in daylight. My other disappointment was being moored next to other ships and having no views. Thoroughly good experience otherwise. I must offer my appreciation of the staff and crew, really professional and obliging, nothing was too much trouble.
