If I could leave 0 stars I would

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Avoid this company at all costs. They received my return over 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for a refund. They ignore messages, and when they finally respond it’s just vague excuses about “looking into it.” This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The fact that they are doing this to so many customers is appalling. It feels dishonest and exploitative — how is this even allowed? Absolutely disgraceful.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs. They received my return over a month ago and I am still waiting for a refund. They ignore messages, and when they finally respond it’s just vague excuses about “looking into it.” This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The fact that they are doing this to so many customers is appalling. It feels dishonest and exploitative — how is this even allowed? Absolutely disgraceful.

Nice dresses but tricky sizing and VERY slow returns

The dresses arrived quickly and some of them were lovely but the returns process is TERRIBLE. Sizing isn’t great. Most styles only suit an hourglass figure I’d say. Either too small round the waist or too big round the chest - it’s like they need another size between large and medium. Anyway, didn’t work for me so sent them all back and now been waiting weeks. They sent receipt of one of my returns on 4th August but 15 days on I’m yet to receive a refund. I paid via Clearpay so I keep having to make the payments on items I don’t own anymore whilst I wait on the refund.

If I could make this review a 0 I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I have had an appalling experience with customer service - confirming return of an item (unopened, as it arrived WEEKS later than it should have done, despite me paying £10 for next day delivery) FIVE WEEKS AGO but have not yet returned my money. I have tried to chase this MULTIPLE times with the same reply being ‘we are working on it’ I’ve ultimately wasted my time and have finally decided to just issue a chargeback complaint with my credit card company as I am completely sick and tired of contacting. Appalling customer service.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. In June I made three separate orders in close succession. None of the dresses were suitable so they were all returned within the given timeframe. One dress was even on pre order, which was not stated at point of order. I have still not received my refund, to the value of over £1,000. I have made numerous requests via email to them, been palmed off with confirmations the refunds will be processed with no further information. In the end I have had to raise a dispute with American Express to claim the money back. I have also reported to Trading Standards as they are in breach of contract under common law. I have also shared a post via social media (Instagram) to warn any friends and acquaintances. I suggest everyone else does the same so they cannot continue to defraud future customers.

Yet to receive my refund…

I wish I had read the reviews before I placed an order. I was told they had received my return on 15 July even though I received and email to say it had been received on the 11 July. I am still waiting on a refund nearly 6 weeks later. Numerous messages on chat, have been told they will speed up the process for a refund on 8 August. Was then told my refund was scheduled for Friday. I have still not received the refund. I will definitely not be ordering from them again. AVOID!!

Do not refund money

Ordered a dress in the sale it didn’t fit so had to return after chasing and waiting 3 weeks a gift voucher arrived. The website is so limited they don’t even sell accessories, there’s 2 tops nothing to exchange for unless you spend additional funds so stuck with £100 gift voucher! When I said I really needed the cash back they ignored! They also delete negative comments from their insta page so this is misleading to customers. Do not buy unless happy to lose money.

Terrible company

Terrible company! I ordered 4 dresses to wear to a wedding but all of them arrived after the event so I returned them all. Despite an email confirming the dresses had been received on 24th July I have not had notification of my refund. I have chased multiple times but am not even receiving a response. I am owed over £570 by this company. As I have had no response and based on other reviews I’ve had no option but to raise with Trading Standards. Avoid at all costs!

No refund and they lie to you

My order was returned and I have the proof of delivery email from them on the 21st July. I still hadn’t received my refund after a few weeks so I started the chat with them and they lied and said they received it on the 28th July even though I sent them the screenshot. It’s absolutely shocking how they have lied to so many people and are withholding so much money from everyone. I still don’t have my refund 20 working days later. Please do not buy from this company.

Don’t purchase from here

I wish I had read these reviews before I placed an order for 2 dresses. Although the dresses are nice and good quality, the customer service is appalling I returned both dresses and am still waiting for a refund for them both and it has been over 6 weeks. Nobody gets back to you on WhatsApp or emails.

SCAM - 5 WEEKS AND NO REFUND

I’m absolutely appalled by the service I’ve received. It’s been over five weeks since I got confirmation from ALB that they had received my return for over £300, and yet NO REFUND HAS BEEN MADE. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, and I’m now having to escalate the issue through my credit card provider. Having previously ordered from this company without issue, I’m shocked by how poorly this situation has been handled and from reading other reviews it seems I am not alone. It’s incredibly disappointing, as the dresses themselves are beautiful. But sadly, great products mean nothing when backed by such terrible customer service. If my refund does not arrive in the next week I won’t be ordering again—and I strongly suggest others think twice before doing so.

Had to chase multiple times for a refund

I ordered a dress next day delivery as an option for a wedding, however the dress didn't arrive in time. Therefore I couldn’t wear it to the wedding and I sent it back. I got an email saying they’d received my return but over a month later, I still didn’t have my money back. I emailed, got no response. I started a chat with a customer service person on their website who stopped replying. Eventually, I got a unapologetic, dismissive response saying they’d refunded me, including my next day delivery but were unwilling to waive the return fee despite me not receiving the item in time for the event I wanted it for and holding my money for over a month and accruing interest. The other reviews make me think they could be purposely not refunding people, either in hope people don’t notice and if they do, they’ve accrued interest on their money in the mean time. Will not be shopping here again.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs – shockingly bad service! I returned a dress because it didn’t suit me as I’d hoped. To be fair, the dresses themselves are cute, but the service is so appalling that I will never shop here again. My return was confirmed via email over a month ago, yet I still haven’t received my refund. No updates, no apologies, nothing. I’ve had to chase them repeatedly, and they still haven’t resolved it. This kind of delay and lack of communication is absolutely unacceptable and shows complete disregard for customers. Cute dresses aren’t worth this kind of stress or the risk of not getting your money back.
