Do NOT buy from this company if you’re wanting to return any items! I purchased 2 dresses in 2 different sizes for a wedding, 1 of them was the perfect fit and the other needed returning. I received email confirmation on the 23rd July saying that it had been received and I should be expecting my refund soon. After numerous of online chats and emails I finally received a response saying they’re ’experiencing delays with their returns’. It’s now been just over 5 weeks and still no money back into my account. I love to support small businesses and they’re dresses are truly stunning but with the poor communication and lack of urgency when it comes to refunding peoples money is absolutely disgusting, I won’t be buying from them again which is such a shame as it could have been a really nice brand.
