Do not order from this company. In June I made three separate orders in close succession. None of the dresses were suitable so they were all returned within the given timeframe. One dress was even on pre order, which was not stated at point of order. I have still not received my refund, to the value of over £1,000. I have made numerous requests via email to them, been palmed off with confirmations the refunds will be processed with no further information. In the end I have had to raise a dispute with American Express to claim the money back. I have also reported to Trading Standards as they are in breach of contract under common law. I have also shared a post via social media (Instagram) to warn any friends and acquaintances. I suggest everyone else does the same so they cannot continue to defraud future customers.
