Ordered a dress at the beginning of July! Didn’t fit so I returned it and I still haven’t received a refund. Wish I’d read the reviews on here before I ordered! I have sent email after email and just get a response to say ‘we will look into this’. I have had to go through my bank to get my money back! Terrible customer service! Avoid this company!

Ordered a dress for a wedding but was too big so sent it straight back, it’s been 15 days since they received the dress and no refund despite my chasing! Wish I had read these reviews before ordering - my advice is don’t do it! You can’t just withhold hundreds of pounds from people - what kind of business is this?! Also lots of the good reviews are fake - so that’s where our money is going!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! No customer service. Returned a dress by recorded delivery, said they had not received it! Had to chase for months (you’re lucky if they bother replying) to get a refund. Only got a refund when I took legal action. They delete any negative comments on social media to give the appearance everyone is happy. Doesn’t seem to be the case from personal experience and from other reviews. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!
I ordered a beautiful dress for my daughter and it unfortunately arrived with make up marks on it. I emailed ALB and they sent a replacement dress out to me straight away. Even before I posted the original dress back! Accidents happen and mistakes are made etc but their quick customer service to find a solution was impressive. The dress is also stunning and very well made. I would order from this company again!
5 weeks & still no refund I ordered a dress(was stunning but didnt suit my shape size) Therefore had to return. I returned on July 21st & got email confirmation that my item was with ALB on July 25th. After weeks of emails back & forth - still no refund. The dresses aren't cheap so it's very disheartening.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Returned dresses and two months later I still have no refund respite emailing them many many times and then confirming the refund will be with me shortly. Awful service and I’m worried I’ll not get my money back! Avoid at all costs!!
I’ve now purchased four dresses from ALB. Each and every one of them is lovely , I always feel really amazing in them and get lots of compliments on how nice I look everytime I wear one of them . Just love the designs .

I returned an order and it was processed on the 21st July, I still haven’t received my money over a month later. I’ve contacted them via online chat, email, Instagram DM and WhatsApp but I’ve either had no reply, an email saying they will look into it or a generic apology saying they’re experiencing delays. They even hid my comment on Instagram complaining about their service without a reply!! I personally will never order from this company again and urge others not to either.
DONT ORDER FROM HERE. Refund has not been sent back to me despite its now been their stated 12 days. They are awful to respond. I will have to claim back from credit card company and I'm also complaining to trading standards. Wish I had read reviews first!
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I bought a dress and the sizing is totally off. I am a size 8-10, I have been for years and fit in this size from many different brands. Both the size 8 and 10 would barely zip up they were so tight. Also the dress has a loop that’s supposed to be in the middle of your body and this was off to the side. Very poorly made and not worth £160! I sent it back straight away and requested a refund. The form online did not work and I had to send an email to start the return process. I then posted the dress back and got an email on 23rd July to confirm they had received my return. I have been emailing them for weeks informing I am still yet to receive a refund. They advised it takes 14 days for a refund, however it is currently 27th August and the only response I have got it that there are ‘delays’ and they are ‘looking into it’. Terrible service!! They have confirmed they have had the dress over a month ago I don’t understand what else there is to process.

Total scam… feel like I should create a group for everyone that has been scammed. Sent back my returns ages ago. They received on the 8th said it would take several days and it still hasn’t. Over £300 worth of clothes. Been nearly 3 weeks now still waiting on my refund spoke to several people on their rubbish chat service and still no refund. Going to need to dispute with Clearpay (again already have and they haven’t reached out yet that was on the 22nd) and credit card. Avoid at all costs! Delete comments on their instagram too. Wish I could attach all the proof I have so many photos saying it will be with you this week and it isn’t, said it would now be in tomorrow but I doubt it!
SCAM!! I didn't believe the other reviews on this page but it has now happened to me! I ordered a dress and it arrived all fine and is beautiful but unfortunately was too small (sizes run very small just fyi) I returned it and got a confirmation saying my refund would be in my account in 14 day.. it wasn't. When I first got in touch they were helpful and said it was actually 14 working days and gave me a discount code as an apology.. 14 working days later still no refund so I get in contact again and they say they will look into it. After this I have had no response from them, still no refund, I've had to threaten legal action and still no response. They have taken just under £200! They are essentially stealing! It has now been over a month and still nothing! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Terrible disgusting company!
Scam!!! Hold onto your money for 4+ weeks and lie saying they can see stains on the dress, then won’t give your money back, seen it done to so many girls buying dresses from them do not buy!!

Terrible. Returned a dress and have proof of postage. Not heard anything from ALB so reached out to confirm they had received the item and when they would be refunding me. They replied initially with a standard ‘it takes us 14 days to process refunds’. I responded but have since had no reply so claiming through credit card company. Complete scam, don’t use.
