Dress was not shipped for about 2 weeks after ordering with no communication about this and no warning when ordering. Returned the dress, as I no longer needed it. Acknowledged receipt of the return but never refunded the money. Repeated emails, whatsapps and online chats to customer service either went ignored or got a non-committal response of 'oh sorry, let me look into that for you x'. Having to go via credit card company to try to recoup the money as these dresses are not cheap. Avoid this company at all costs.

Awful company, awful owner! The level of disrespect I have received from this lady is appalling! I have waiting weeks for a refund and has now blocked me on social media I nabe received the confirmation that she’s got my refund yet with holding my money for no good reason! Do not buy from this company

Absolutely diabolical company - they confirmed they received my return at the start of June and I am still waiting for a refund (of over £300) nearly 3 months later. Every time I reach out, they say that they are looking into it and will be in contact but do absolutely nothing other than ignore you. Due to the hundreds of others in this situation I have had to report to both trading standards and action fraud and would encourage others to do the same. Update - I have now received a refund from them after Klarna raised a complaint. Whilst I am pleased I got my money back and understand that companies go through difficult times the fact that I and so many others have been left for months without several hundred pounds being returned to us and the fact that ALB completely ignored all emails regarding this is absolutely not ok. Update - the below suggests that they responded to my email - I received an initial response early July explaining that you would speak to the team and ask for an update but the last three emails I sent to the company asking for an update went completely unanswered which is unacceptable. I would also note that I have left two reviews - the other one has been up for a while and ALB have responded to other reviews in this time yet have chosen to only respond to mine after the refund was finally processed!

I bought Cream Amura dress, first of all it was for my town hall wedding and I ordered it a little late but forgot to ask for next day - text their customer service team and they shipped it THAT day which is incredible. Second of all the dress was gorgeous, perfect fit and really amazing quality. Thank you!! I felt beautiful.

Do not shop with this company terrible customer service you cannot get a refund I'm so out of pocket and having to go through my bank to raise a dispute as they have emailed to let me know they received my return but no refund in 6 weeks

Bought four dresses in June and returned three. Still waiting for my refund of approximately £500. The dress we kept is well made and stunning, so no issue at all there. My advice to all of you that have not received refunds is to get your bank involved. Such a pity as the products are of good quality, but the business strategy is poor. I like to support independent businesses, but only those that value their customers and their support.

The returns at this company are poor. I might have to do a charge back with my credit card company to get the money back! It takes weeks to get your money back. AVOID or better yet, buy your item off vinted instead!

Poor quality products and customer service. Was disappointed with the quality of the dresses given price points, with lots of size variation and poor quality materials. Products have been back with them for 20 working days with no refund. Customer service ignoring my messages or telling me they will look into it with no resolution. I would avoid.

Appalling customer service and very dishonest. I ordered 2 dresses which did not fit, they were returned 2 days later and I received an email to confirm receipt of them. I was told the refund would take several days - it’s now 4 weeks and still no refund. Fortunately I paid on my credit card so they are now dealing with it for me. Please beware! Any negative comments are deleted from their social, they do not have a shop in the UK as implied on the website.

I ordered a pink bow midi dress as the second dress for my wedding. It’s possibly my favourite dress I’ve ever bought, the fabric was lovely quality and it fits wonderfully.

AVOID! All well until you return! I returned 3 months ago and they still have not refunded. Not sure if they are going under and all of the money will be lost

This company is unreliable, untrustworthy, and clearly does not value its customers. Do not order from them, you’ll only end up out of pocket and frustrated. I have been waiting over two months for a refund and still nothing. Every time I’ve chased, I’ve been given empty promises and excuses. Their customer service is unhelpful, and clearly they have no intention of resolving the issue.

I bought the Orange Fuchisa Cassini dress for a destination wedding and had soooo many compliments. The dress was gorgeous and great to wear in the sunshine! Will definitely be buying from ALB again🥰
