Excellent service.
Every time I contact Anglian Waters I have been treated with respect over the phone. Recently I got a hefty bill which I know it was wrong so I went to check the reading of the meter and found out that since January 2024 when they changed the old meters to the smart meters the engineers mixed the receiver with one of the other neighbours. I phoned Anglian who organised a visit by the engineer who confirmed that I was correct and apologised for the mistake. I have been given a refund of £101 within a few days after the engineer's visit and adjusted my monthly pay as it should. If you treat the customer service with respect they will treat you back with respect. Well done Anglian Waters and keep up with the good work. Mario
