Entering day 4 without mains water. No end in sight. Apparently they can’t find the cause of the supply failure.

Had a leak at my property which wasn’t really anything to do with Anglian water as it was an internal issue. Fixed the leak and reported it and they amended my bill and applied a discount within the hour! Great service by Helen who dealt with my WhatsApp messages.
Contact though WhatsApp was so much quicker and easier than phone I've used it a few time very easy too resolve any problems I have and staff are always easy too understand and respectable

Our bill came up too high, I contacted Anglian Water via WhatsApp (which is the best thing ever being as a mum with a small baby!) Mathew was very helpful and sorted my issue super fast and explained why it happened and how to prevent it. Mathew was extremely helpful.
