Las unidades son muy limpias y modernas, están completamente nuevas, tienen una atención muy profesional y amable fui atendido por Señorita Karime, responden las llamadas y siempre están al pendiente.

Avoid this company like a plague.Price was too good to be true. Car was an old Chinese make that was not what we asked for but for some reason only uses premium fuel meaning crappy car but expensive to use. We waited 30 minutes in Cancun airport before we were picked up, when we finally got to the office, they didn't have the automatic car we had reserved ready and wanted us to take a manual car. We only have an automatic license, so we had to wait another 45 minutes. The guy at reception was very rude and dismissive and didn't apologise once for their crappy behaviour from the start.

Still waiting for my refund over three months later. I had to involve my bank and a lawyer, yet the company continues to delay. They respond here to appear helpful, but in reality, they do nothing except tell you to wait. Avoid this company at all costs.

We have made a reservation a month before our trip to Tulum. As we got there my husband handed him his discover card, he said we don’t expect Discover. The guy was so rude and we couldn’t ask him to take our Visa card. Now we had connecting flights from Pennsylvania and exhausted with a special needs daughter. He told us that the car we rented is not big enough for our three suitcases and he can’t change it, I told them when I was making the reservation, I told them we have three suitcases. Finally we took a taxi to take us to another rental car company in Tulum centro and rented a car. These people have no compassion, I would never rent a car from them, we go to Tulum at least twice a year.

They don’t let you use your own car insurance. Daily charge for minimum car insurance is very expensive ($50) / day. SunPass charges are also too high. They quoted me $22 / day but end up paying $87 / day. I won’t recommend it to anyone. Pick up at the airport took almost 2 hours because I call them to a US number listed on their web site because they sent me an email confirmation with a Mexico phone number. Their offices are in a small warehouse without area (sits to rest after a long trip)

Para que tengamos conocimiento los dueños de todos los movimientos que hace la señorita gerente junto con su esposo puros contratos fuera del sistema lo manejan todo con los contratos manuales para poder obtener dinero en efectivo y no reportarlo a la empresa deberían hacerles auditoria y que paren el robo de esas personas que piensan que por que son familiares del dueño no se van a dar cuenta tengo pruebas y un video donde hacen sus tranzas. Hacen cobros de daños y no reportan nada de eso manipulan el sistema para obtener ganancias en efectivo hay trabajadores que ya no están que saben de todo los movimientos que hacen y mensaje para los ctes qué rentan ahí cheques bien los autos porque cuando los regresan les cobran daños para quedarse con el dinero contacten a sus ex trabajadores que ellos tienen más información de todas sus fechorias si tiene preguntas el dueño me puede contactar sin problemas a través de este medio Gracias

Excelente la experiencia con la compañía, el servicio al cliente fue impecable, siempre tuvimos una respuesta inmediata y dispuestos a guiarnos en todo. Los recomiendo para rentar su auto en México!

***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY *** I booked with an online travel company, Booking.com. I presented my confirmation at America Car Rental. They said they needed a credit card while I had their vehicle for insurance. When I got home I realized they charged my credit card for the same amount as Booking.com. I have reached out to their non-existent customer service department, booking.com and no one has responded. Additionally, the car was almost on empty when I got it. I am so lucky I noticed this before I got out of the city. Very unprofessional & NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They owe me money!!!!

If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. This is, without a doubt, the WORST car rental experience I’ve ever had. They force you to pay for an outrageously expensive insurance, even though my credit card already provided coverage. It’s a complete scam! They completely ruined my time in Mexico. The car they gave me was a joke—it didn’t even lock properly. To make matters worse, they made us drive all the way back to the airport to exchange it, only to leave us waiting for over an hour because no one was available to assist us. This company is a disaster. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and wasted time. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!
