Es una porquería de agencia

Es una porquería de agencia Espere casi 2 horas para que me pidieran un montón de requisitos incluyendo que muestres tus redes sociales Me pidieron comprobante de domicilio se los mostré y que no que querían otro más y pues solo traía uno y por esa razón no me restaron el auto Me trataron peor que a un delincuente, No pierdan su tiempo ni hagan corajes de a gratis!!! Busquen otra opción porque esta América car renta es la peor sin duda!!

I had a great experience with the staff (Lucy and Paola) car was very clean and the price extremely affordable. Usually people say "Unpleasant surprises" with fees but if you travel from another country you MUST pay for at least basic insurance coverage for the vehicle. People need to know that. It's not a hidden fee, is the law
