What made this recent experience great is the quick and helpful assistance from the ALTA testing team when I've had any issues accessing tests.
I have never had an issue getting results and my staff being able to take the tests.

There are a lot of AI programs out there but I trust a professional who understands our needs & makes sure that the content remains consistent with the other translation jobs they have done for us in the past 10+ years. The website was very good and I found the language that I need to have interpreted. I telephoned the office and the lady I spoke with was very pleasant and business like. She immediately sent me an email and explained what I needed to do with the docs she attached. After I filled the paperwork out and sent it back, she quickly replied again and confirmed the order for the interpreter. Everything went smoothly and fell into place correctly. I will definitely contact ALTA Language Services again when necessary. You get 5 stars for sure! Thank you!

We needed services at the last minute, Alta stepped up and got us the translator within 20 minutes. Great job!
Overall, our experience was a good one. Our test taker was faced with some unexpected interruptions during his test, so I reached out to customer support to see if there was anything that needed to be done in case his test results were not satisfactory due to the interruptions. The Customer Care Specialist was very helpful and easy to speak with. My only suggestion would be that the grading scale be a bit more definitive and easier to understand. Although I do think a PASS/FAIL would not be fitting for all scenarios; our employee had a hard time deciphering his overall grade. The feedback notes were a great help for this.
