There was a quick turn around for the project we gave them. The staff was very helpful. Overall, the whole experience was excellent.
Quick and easy process!
Staff response times are swift over email. If I call, someone always answers the phone. The turnaround time on translations is incredible!

I really appreciate that ALTA was willing to work with us on our most recent virtual community workshop. We understand that ALTA is very considerate of the interpreters and we appreciate and respect that. But we also appreciated that both ALTA and the interpreter were both flexible to facilitate our workshop given the characteristics. We were also very happy with our interpreter Lindsay Lopez-Segura who was helpful starting at the pre-meeting with the set-up and logistics and all the way through to the end.

The customer service rep was unable to provide me with instructions on the website because she couldn't see what the customer sees. I think that your customer service reps should be able to see what the customer sees. The rep did try to assist me the best she could and I appreciate the effort.
The ease of use for our employees to test and the quick turnaround time to receive the results makes working with Alta a great experience.
Code wouldn't work and I was told they would waive the fee for me and were pretty rude about it. WAIVE IT? I think if doesn't work and no one answers the phone or emails you back for at least 24 hours, it seems like it is a problem on their end, not ours. I will not use this company again. Will use the other more reputable companies.

The administration team was right on top when scheduling the tests and sending the scores right away.
Translators were very helpful in getting the client on the phone with us since they did not understand to call the number. I was very pleased with how they worked within the call as well and I was able to understand what they needed and said.
Great for business translating Willa did phenomenal for our business translation. It helped achieve our business objectives.
