Overall pleased
Overall, our experience was a good one. Our test taker was faced with some unexpected interruptions during his test, so I reached out to customer support to see if there was anything that needed to be done in case his test results were not satisfactory due to the interruptions. The Customer Care Specialist was very helpful and easy to speak with. My only suggestion would be that the grading scale be a bit more definitive and easier to understand. Although I do think a PASS/FAIL would not be fitting for all scenarios; our employee had a hard time deciphering his overall grade. The feedback notes were a great help for this.
