I needed a quick turnaround for translation services and ALTA was able to give me excellent work and excellent customer service. I will be using them for all of my translation needs.

Fast, high quality service. Crew is very responsive and helpful. Overall the translation was high quality, though there were some inaccuracies where more difficult phrases needed to be translated. So I recommend to make translatable text free of slang, metaphors, minimize jargon. Translators are from relevant industry but some may simply not translate well into the target language. My "swan song" ended up as "song of a white bird"...
Alta is easy to use and administer to employees. Also, we always get test results in a timely manner.

1- Cancelation policy needs to be a bit more flexible. 2- No Show assessments are fully charged. We understand that assessors are scheduled for a full payment, however we would appreciate if we get penalized for a no show assessment, but not a full payment. 3- Sometimes candidates call in a minute or two later than their designated time and are counted as No Show. 4- The 15 minutes time frame for the candidates to call in are not all counted by the start time of the assessment (5 minutes earlier and 10 minutes later) - and we do not expect candidates to call in for the assessment before their designated time. So we would appreciate having the entire 15 minutes calculated by the start time of the assessment.
ALTA Language is great! Between the sales team and the actual use of ease of the program, has been amazing. We have been able to assess and receive the results in a timely manner.

My job uses Alta to test our employees in order to certify them as bilingual and pay them a stipend for it. Alta has gone above and beyond in assisting us with this process and even rectifying a situation without re-testing and charging us again. They are super responsive to emails and with how fast pace my job is, I need quick turn arounds and appreciate them for this. I hope I have more people in the future to refer to Alta.
