Lindsay Teague was SO helpful and responsive, she made the process so easy and stress free. I will only use Alta for all of our translation/interrupter needs.
Testing can be set up before the date of testing and the results are emailed.
They are very responsive when we need psychometric information about the tests and the scoring rubrics and anytime we want to add a new test to our account. They even added languages to tests that we wanted to use for our staff. And anytime we are able to notify ALTA about a connectivity or other technical problem before a test is scored, they issue us a credit. They are super responsive to our needs. One of the best vendors I have dealt with in my tenure at UCSF Health.
The IVR tests are easy to set up and covers most of the languages that our client needs. Sales and Customer Service are responsive, prompt, and knowledgeable, especially Nicole who helped us a lot in learning the in and out's of the platform.

Maria always responds thoroughly and quickly to our requests. It's much appreciated. Sometimes, all that's needed is simple text translation returned in a word doc (if we supply a PDF for content to be translated, the ALTA team goes the extra distance to format the font in the reply DOC to match the formatting in the PDF) for our team to process in source files.
I was in contact with someone immediately online. She took my instructions and documents to be translated. The translated documents were provided to me within within a 24 hour period.
The set-up was easy, and the staff of ALTA were very responsive early or late in the day. After a 2nd attempt the interpreter assigned was professional and experience for my project.
