The patient was a no show so we ended up not using the service.
ALTA has provided the assessment that we needed to provide our employees with an incentive for being bi-lingual. Our employees have all commented on how simple the set up process is to get the assessment scheduled, and as an administrator it is just as simple. I enjoy the ease that the site provides, and clear feedback provided from the assessment. The support from the ALTA team has been quick and beneficial.
Recently we had been getting quite a bit of representative for Spanish that does not seem to communicate effectively with us and our patients. There seems to be a long pause in each and every single time our patient talks. It is not in conversation mode.
Since I inquired about translation services I've received speedy and professional responses. The Senior Project Manager I worked with (May Leonard, THANK YOU!) was experienced and patient with me. Even added some extra translation last minute without issue. Received the translated document within three days as promised. The translation of the document was SPOT ON. Thank you to all Alta personnel who assisted in this. Highly recommended!

I work for a LawFirm, and we reached out to your company to provide translation services. Our client was in charge of booking and paying for your services but that was not done. It became a mess of a day and Ashley Payne was extremely helpful and patient with us as we untangled the mess of the day together. She helped me get a new translator scheduled and was patient with me as I made several phone calls between parties. we were able to reschedule the appointment for another day and she has been in communication with me ever since. I appreciate Ms Payne's hard work and patience with us that day and give her 5 stars!

Alta has provided a professional service that has been very easy to implement and use. I am able to quickly and easily assign assessments and have set up my monthly billing. The emails that are sent to the examinees are informative and helpful. The bilingual designation form is easy to understand and clearly provides the details for the earned score.
Long time, no see! Our organization has been out of the loop for scheduling and when I emailed I had a response within moments. When I asked for additional information and to confirm things, I was replied to within moments. I am very impressed with the caliber and quality of work that ALTA does for their clients!
