After some initial confusion, I got what I wanted. I work primarily in PDF so the Illustrator format is superfluous to me.
Quick processing time. Quality translation services
I was taking the test and checking the spelling of a word that I was translating into spanish. I'm not sure what I clicked but it booted me out of the test and obviously did not let me complete. I was only a few minutes away from completing. Why are we not allowed to return to a test with the time that is left on the clock when we accidentally get out? I will no longer be able to do the work and it affects my job because I do alot of translations but now since the test didn't complete I will have to refer my attorney's to other secretary's.

The quality of service has declined sharply over the past few years. Terribly (and wrong) written tests that make the candidates taking the test look stupid. I have made formal complaints about the serious issues facing this company. Not the company they used to be. Please do not rely on the tests from Alta because they have serious issues.
The Turkish interpreter we hired was not perfect, but he did a good job.
