Reassured
Rowan reassured me that the testing facility is in the UK, not in NSW like I had thought (this is simply the sample collection point where all samples go to be forwarded to the UK).

Very bad service
First waiting for sampel kit, but unfortunately no sample kit for dog test, and I don’t know till not contact whit customer service after 4 weeks . And after that send everything to them for my test but still already 3 weeks no answer. That’s mean pay money and already 5-6 weeks no results. Very bad experience and not recommended anyone
