I sent my blood test over 4 weeks ago, clearly I’ve been scammed

I didn't get my results yet.

The response was fast and reassuring

I have reached out for instructions and haven’t received any help??

This is an extremely deceiving website. They clearly advertise on their website that you get “results within 7 working days of your sample arriving at our labs” and say we will receive an email confirming once it arrives at the lab to reassure us. What they don’t tell you however is that takes 5-21 days for the sample to “arrive” at the lab? Now I’m no rocket scientist but I know how the post works and how long it will take a small envelope to get from Ireland to England!! So where is my sample now?? Is it just sat in your office awaiting to be opened? What exactly is the point of getting people to take the blood sample on the Monday so it will be fresh if it’s then just going to sit somewhere in limbo for up to 3 weeks!! If I had know how long this would have taken I would have found another company/website. If the website had stated that this is how long it would take perhaps I wouldn’t have been so angry but it’s the fact the website is deceiving. I think this company has the potential to be great but must need more staff to fulfill orders. Yours sincerely, someone who is just trying to better themselves and is now potentially 300€ out of pocket.

I got the result and interpretation of result was clear.

I never received the test or any email explanation.

The results came back quickly and confirmed many of the allergies/sensitivities that I was already aware of as well as making me aware of more that I need to be aware of. Very Interesting results.

Working with Terry was amazing! I have used this test for myself and now getting it for my kiddo for the intolerance tests. Made all the difference for me!

They forgot to send out my order. Had to call and them mentioned it never went out for delivery. I had to chase to get updates. Was another week after the call until I received. Employee I spoke to was lovely though!

The result hasn’t come in within 5 business days and Casey is super helpful for helping me track my order. The blood test kit is pretty straightforward. Highly recommended for the service and product.

Cameron was quick with the information I needed, communicated clearly and was polite. A please to deal with.

Still have not received my testing kit yet and it has been over 3 weeks. Would like a refund please.

My rating is the customer service portion of the transaction since I haven't had the test done yet, but Jesse was super helpful when helping me with a problem I had finding how to download the instructions. He searched until he found the transaction and gave me written step by step instructions for how to use the service. Thanks, Jesse.

Jesse was very helpful in explaining the logistics of my test as I am based in Sydney Australia and the sample goes to the UK testing facility from a collection hub in NSW Australia which may take about 5-21 working days depending on customs. (I hope sooner) So I will get a notification as soon as it reaches the UK facility then test results within 3-5 days. At least it helped set my expectations.
