Shawn quickly answered my inquiry this evening. He is polite and efficient. I like that. We are looking forward to our testing results and Shawn explained it may take a bit of time because our sample is being shipped to the UK. All good. We will be patient.

I didn’t receive a thing they scammed me for the money and they didn’t even send me confirmation or an allergy test kit but then had the cheek to send me two emails to review there service

I had a query as I hadn't received confirmation of my sample being received. I spoke to Shawn, and he explained the results have to be sent to the UK before you receive confirmation. This was a quick and easy way to communicate and receive the answer to my question. Thanks Shawn!

5 October 2024: Still no refund, phoned the 24/ phone number to get a message saying phones were closed and to go to live chat. Live chat link went to a general live chat website not specific to allergy test. I have heard nothing from the company. No contact at all. I have the postal receipt for what i returned. 22 August 2024 Update: I emailed this company and posted back the boxed product at my own expense. I had been promised the missing parts in the post. I heard nothing back from a Brian in Customer service and am down 157 euro. I would just avoid this company altogether, choose another. 24 June 2024:Received this kit and went to use it there only to find I am missing the card or document to put my blood submission info on. There were 2 other marketing cards in the box in place. So its essentially useless incomplete. I tried to contact the company via their website only for it to say an error occurred. These tests are expensive. So far i am regretting my decision to get one

See review of 2/7/24 + would really like to know how blood can be processed after such a long time. Will consider contacting ombudsman.

Quick delivery, easy instructions

I got some tests a couple years ago, and lost results to one of them. I also couldn't log in so some reason. Terry was able to help reset my account and resent all the test results. And find my account without the order numbers!

I paid for but never received my tests. I go to log in and have no account attached to my email despite you sending me these reviews!!! Am not impressed and will be passing on my experience to others.

I ordered & payed for 2 tests. A. Food Allergy test - never delivered - disgusted unsatisfactory. B. Menopause test delivered. I would like my €€€ returned or a replacement test please. 2. There is only a postal address to report such matters, no other kind of customer service- phone number or email to get in contact with you. This too is unsatisfactory. I would like a reply & corrective action. Thank you. please contact me.

Have been waiting and still no results as of the 1st said 3-5 days to get results and it is now the 10th. Would like to get results as promised.
