5 October 2024: Still no refund, phoned the 24/ phone number to get a message saying phones were closed and to go to live chat. Live chat link went to a general live chat website not specific to allergy test. I have heard nothing from the company. No contact at all. I have the postal receipt for what i returned. 22 August 2024 Update: I emailed this company and posted back the boxed product at my own expense. I had been promised the missing parts in the post. I heard nothing back from a Brian in Customer service and am down 157 euro. I would just avoid this company altogether, choose another. 24 June 2024:Received this kit and went to use it there only to find I am missing the card or document to put my blood submission info on. There were 2 other marketing cards in the box in place. So its essentially useless incomplete. I tried to contact the company via their website only for it to say an error occurred. These tests are expensive. So far i am regretting my decision to get one

Quick delivery, easy instructions
I got some tests a couple years ago, and lost results to one of them. I also couldn't log in so some reason. Terry was able to help reset my account and resent all the test results. And find my account without the order numbers!
I paid for but never received my tests. I go to log in and have no account attached to my email despite you sending me these reviews!!! Am not impressed and will be passing on my experience to others.
I ordered & payed for 2 tests. A. Food Allergy test - never delivered - disgusted unsatisfactory. B. Menopause test delivered. I would like my €€€ returned or a replacement test please. 2. There is only a postal address to report such matters, no other kind of customer service- phone number or email to get in contact with you. This too is unsatisfactory. I would like a reply & corrective action. Thank you. please contact me.
