Best pricing. Website and customer service easy to communicate with. Great to be involved with a supplier with a local office (Morwell) and power generation (Loy Yang B, where my son is employed as an engineer). We need brown coal base load power generation.
Absolute criminals at Alinta. Just received a “move out” bill that was near $700. Each previous quarter my bill was around $130 and my usage for the past 9 months reflects this. Nothing has changed in my apartment these last three months and I’m not using more than the normal amount of electricity. I called them and they said it due to “seasonal changes” meanwhile I live in the Gold Coast right next to the ocean and haven’t put my aircon on since January. Plus it’s not even the hottest months of the year. They are out of their minds.
Power still not on 4 days after connection arranged. No correspondence from Alinta one way or another.
